Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of TikTok Ruler, including our website, dashboard, APIs, generated content workflows, and related services.
By using TikTok Ruler, you agree to these Terms. If you use TikTok Ruler on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
The service
TikTok Ruler helps creators plan, generate, organize, and publish TikTok slideshow content. Features may include account memory, AI-generated slideshow drafts, media search, music matching, account libraries, TikTok integrations, and billing-managed usage credits.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service as we improve the product or respond to operational, legal, or security requirements.
Accounts and security
- You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
- You must promptly tell us if you believe your account, API keys, or connected integrations have been compromised.
- You may not share account access in a way that avoids plan limits, security controls, or billing requirements.
Subscriptions, credits, and billing
Paid features may require a subscription, usage credits, or other fees. Plan details, limits, renewal terms, and prices are shown at checkout or in the billing area.
Unless stated otherwise at checkout, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Credits, quotas, trials, and promotional balances may expire or reset according to the plan terms shown in the product.
Payments, invoices, taxes, renewals, cancellations, and refunds may be processed by third-party billing and payment providers.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit to TikTok Ruler, such as prompts, notes, account context, uploaded media, captions, and other materials you provide.
You grant TikTok Ruler a license to host, process, modify, display, and transmit your content as needed to provide, secure, improve, and support the service.
You are responsible for ensuring that your content, connected accounts, publishing activity, and use of generated outputs comply with applicable law, third-party rights, and platform rules.
Generated outputs
TikTok Ruler may use AI systems, search providers, ranking systems, and other automated tools to generate or recommend slideshow content, images, captions, hashtags, music candidates, and related outputs.
Generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, duplicative, or unsuitable for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing or relying on them.
Third-party services
TikTok Ruler integrates with third-party services such as authentication, billing, hosting, databases, storage, AI providers, media providers, and TikTok APIs. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies.
We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, their content, or changes they make to their APIs, policies, or pricing.
Acceptable use
- Do not use TikTok Ruler to violate laws, platform rules, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or contractual obligations.
- Do not upload, generate, publish, or request unlawful, harmful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or exploitative content.
- Do not reverse engineer, scrape, overload, disrupt, or bypass security, access controls, rate limits, usage limits, or billing controls.
